We are so incredibly grateful that Jeremy was available to do the photography for our wedding! He is so talented and the photos just look how it felt! I don’t know how he did it, but even on a day that was so high stress and crazy, the photos look perfect and his presence really made everything easier.

We specifically chose Jeremy because we appreciated how he does not use tinted filters and didn't ask us cheesy questions in our early consultations. His style of photography is modern, timeless, clean and fresh and he just makes everyone look better / like themselves in his photos.

Jeremy came recommended to us by my best friend who had worked with him previously and spoke very highly of him. Once we browsed the Yaylove wedding portfolio, we were sold. The photos were so beautiful and intimate and the exact style we hoped for our big day. From the very beginning Jeremy was responsive and patient with me and my endless questions. Working with him was a dream, as two people who aren't necessarily comfortable in front of the camera, he immediately put us at ease. We got married in October 2018 and had booked both Jeremy and Jose for the day. They showed up right on time and started snapping photos immediately. Throughout the day they went the extra mile, even pulling out their cameras again after signing off for the night to capture one last memorable moment. When we got our photos back they were more than I could have ever hoped for, they captured our day perfectly both the candid moments and the posed ones. Great eye for little details and eventualities

My wife April and I are elated to have had Jeremy photograph our wedding and reception. Discussing our options and establishing a game plan for our big day was easy and pleasant, and Jeremy was easy to communicate with - before and after our wedding. He was friendly, open and patient, and we felt confident moving forward with him from the start. Jeremy and his assistant were punctual and organized on the wedding day, and captured a lot of fantastic candid moments - they had a great eye for little details and eventualities, and the photos of these moments will keep the memory of our wedding vibrant and alive. They accommodated our specific scheduling needs, and were always where and when we needed them. The more traditional shots were fun and relaxed, and Jeremy managed to coach my goofball wedding party into some amazing shots, without sacrificing our personalities. They were discrete and professional during the ceremony and reception, and captured our wedding covertly, without missing anything. The photos themselves are all fantastic - we received them quickly, and it’s honestly staggering how many moments and memories were captured beautifully. Jeremy and his assistant have an obvious understanding of tone, light and colour, and what these elements mean in the context of a picture. IMAGES: Jeremy took a nice mix of heartfelt, candid shots and the obligatory posed photos with guests. All turned out beautifully!
EXPERTISE: Jeremy was very familiar with our venue (Toronto's City Hall) and made excellent suggestions, including some outdoor photos that turned out to be our favourites. Those photos were particularly difficult to take due to the harsh midday light backing us, but Jeremy skillfully and artfully turned them into beautiful shots. Even though we had Jeremy for only an hour, he made the most of every minute and gave us so many gems. He was able to capture so many different angles during the ceremony, too!

FLEXIBILITY: Originally, we weren't planning to have a photographer at our small civil ceremony, but we changed our minds the week before. Jeremy came highly recommended by a friend, and he kindly accommodated us on such short notice.

PROFESSIONALISM: Lastly, Jeremy was a joy to have on our wedding day. He was cheerful and professional. We highly recommend him!

My husband Rob and I got married June 2018. Prior to booking Jeremy for our big day I spent hours everyday looking for someone who would capture my big day perfectly. I looked through comment threads on Bunz Wedding Zone, wedding marketplace groups in Toronto and Brampton and on sites like the Knot. As someone who is mixed (Chilean/Filipino) and enjoys photography on the side, it was very important to find someone who would be able to capture candid moments and edit photos without making me look too yellow or magenta... especially on my big day. Beyond that, I wanted a photographer with a cool aesthetic and someone I would enjoy having around during the wedding. It felt like a lot to ask for and so when we found Jeremy and looked through his work we were so excited to hear he was available for our big day.

From the very beginning to end, Jeremy and his second shooter Jose were incredible to work with. They captured every minute of our big day perfectly, from the first kiss, the first dance, to small moments we will cherish forever (ie. me dancing with my mom and mother-in-law and my friends balling at my dad’s speech). We truly feel so lucky to have all of these incredible images to look back on thanks to this wicked team. We 100% recommend booking with him!

Great experience + great photos

Jeremy was a fantastic photographer who was courteous and professional from start to finish. We asked to meet him fairly last minute and he was able to accommodate that. During our wedding reception he was polite and friendly when working with our many guests and was willing to accommodate any requests. He was good at directing people to make sure they didn't look awkward and rearranged tall/short people around so group photos looked balanced. The photos turned out great - we love the editing style and candidness. When looking at the photos they really bring us back to that evening. Glad he was able to document the majority of it.

My wife and I got married in May 2017. We had flipped through Jeremy’s Yaylove wedding portfolio and were both very impressed with his photography “style” and versatility. Beyond being impressed with his work, Yaylove fit our wedding budget and was a no-brainer.

Jeremy had clear and consistent communication with us throughout the planning season and leading up to our wedding date. This was appreciated as we were dealing with numerous vendors for different parts of the big day. We knew we’re in good hands when it came to photography with Yaylove.

On the day of Jeremy was an absolute machine capturing each and every candid and staged moment. He was very cooperative with our “wish list” of stages shots we wanted with friends and family. Multiple friends and family members commented on how efficient our photographer was.

What took Jeremy from an A to A+ was the fact that he voluntarily stayed at our reception capturing the “speeches” and “dance” over three hours longer than he was contractually obligated. Some of the best photos from the entire day were from that point onward. We are grateful for this.

The turnaround was quick and seamless as he mailed a USB with all the photos as well as setup a link for us to access/share. It was the best thing to come back to after our honeymoon!

I’ve already had someone reach out to me asking for a Yaylove testimony after seeing a couple wedding photos on Instagram and Facebook. My wife and I would definitely recommend Yaylove for anyone’s wedding or event as it matches quality with value. Excellent!

Professional and easy to talk to

I reached out to Jeremy to take pictures of one of my pre-wedding events. Right from when I messaged him, he was professional and easy to talk to. He asked me what was happening at the event so he would know what to expect and to understand what I wanted captured. On the day of, Jeremy came early to set up and started taking pictures right away. As the night went on, Jeremy circulated around taking pictures of everyone and everything! The night was full of a lot of family, emotions, food and colour and Jeremy did an excellent job capturing all four. On the day of the event, I had requested one picture from Jeremy and he made sure to send it to me the same night. The rest of the pictures followed a few days later without having to wait too long. Thanks to Jeremy I have some amazing pictures from one of the most important and memorable nights of my life!

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding

We found Jeremy based on a craigslist ad, so we really didn't know what we would get, but his pictures seemed great so we went ahead. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, Jeremy was professional from start to finish and put up with our constant questions and change of plans with patience and reassurance. By the day of the wedding we knew we were in good hands, and on the day of Jeremy was amazing. He was there before we even arrived, getting a sense of the venue and capturing spontaneous quiet moments before the rush. During the ceremony and the rest of the evening Jeremy circulated around every corner and seemingly captured everyone and every moment -- during his work he found ways to be present without interrupting the flow of the event, and we had many comments on what a pro he was. Receiving the images was super simple and we were shocked with what an amazing re-creation of the night they were. This was especially important to us since we had opted to omit a videographer, and after the magic of the evening we thought we regretted that a bit, but that was until we saw the photos which were everything we needed and more. The pictures are stunning and we couldn't be more pleased. Jeremy is also helping us and our family to have prints and albums made, an added bonus that is making everything so easy and insuring our memories will be around for a long time.
